In five-card draw, each player gets one card face down and one card face up. After the betting interval, the player’s cards are revealed. If any of the cards is a pair, a jack, or a king, the winning hand wins the pot. If more than one player remains in the pot after the betting phase, then a showdown occurs. The winning player shows their cards to all players. There is a minimum bet in each betting interval and a player may check in later intervals if he/she has a low-ranking hand.
